Beyond "Cost per Square Foot"

What is the true value of a given site? It has to do with a lot more than cost-per-square foot, and Choyce Peterson goes well beyond the nominal cost of space to analyze the key variables that determine long term value for a client. This includes quantifiable and intangible factors that too many tenants learn long after the lease is signed: compatibility with client image, employee travel routes, usage patterns, long term strategic goals, flexibility and more.
