Beyond "Cost per Square Foot"

Biographies - Jeffrey P. Williams, Vice President

Jeffrey P. Williams has over twenty years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Working for national firms Cushman & Wakefield, and The Galbreath Company,
(now Jones Lang LaSalle) for ten years and the private firm of D. H. White for five years, Jeff brings a strong background of Tenant Representation skills to Choyce Peterson.

Jeff’s broad real estate experience in property management and landlord representation has proven extremely beneficial in his focus on Tenant Representation.


Williams was the Regional Tenant Representative for nearly three years for First Union National Bank, (now Wachovia Bank) in Fairfield and Westchester counties. Additionally, when the radio industry was deregulated in the mid-nineties, he was the first Commercial Broker in the country to successfully consolidate multiple stations into one location; his client was CapStar Broadcasting Partners. More recently, Jeff has concentrated in representing area law firms. Among those he has exclusively represented include Tyler, Cooper & Alcorn, Shipman & Goodwin, Martin, Lucas & Choiffi, and Ryan, Ryan, Johnson & Deluca as well as many others.

An avid golfer, Jeff supports many local charities by donating his time and participating in many of their events throughout Connecticut.

A long time resident of Darien, where he lives with his wife and two children, Jeff is active in town politics serving as a Zoning Commissioner for the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals, (‘ZBA’). Additionally Jeff is the Vice President of the organization known as Darien Revitalization, Inc. (‘DRI’) and serves as the Chairman of their Economic Restructuring Committee.

Jeff attended Syracuse University where he majored in Economics with a concentration in Finance.
