Beyond "Cost per Square Foot"

Biographies - Steven S. Lash, Vice President

Steve Lash has been with Choyce Peterson, Inc. since February, 2000.   As Vice President, his responsibilities consist of client services and operations.

In this capacity, Steve has conducted local & national research and transactions in over 25 states.  These requirements include leasing and acquisitions of local/regional offices, distribution warehouses, fleet and repair shops and land sites for clients such as Pepsi Bottling Group, Daimler Chrysler Capital Services, Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company and Columbus IT Partner USA.


As a result, Steve has gained vast experience in markets across the country – working with brokers, owners and governmental agencies such as economic development in order to successfully complete negotiations, financial/construction analyses and obtain incentive packages for clients.  He is well versed & experienced in the local Fairfield/Westchester County Market as well as across the US.

Previously, Steve worked at Warburg Dillon Read (UBS Warburg) in the Operations Data Control Department where he was responsible for supporting bond traders.  Prior to Warburg, Steve was employed at TeCam Corporation as an Assistant to the President. In that capacity, he was responsible for the inventory, sales and commission reporting for a national ceramic tile distribution company.

Steve is a third generation Stamford native who has volunteered for organizations such as Christmas in April, Habitat for Humanity, Kids in Crisis, The Domus Foundation and Big Brother/Big Sister Program of Stamford. He has completed extensive course work at Syracuse University School of Management and is currently completing his undergraduate work.
