In down market, good deals for savvy tenants

December 21, 2009. The Westchester and Fairfield County office market has seen an increase in vacancy rates and a decrease in rental rates. In our opinion, it has hit rock bottom. Now is the time to execute advantageous leases including free rent, base rent 15 percent to 30 percent below asking prices and in many cases, a full build-out of the offices paid for by the landlord.
