Choyce Peterson Negotiates 9,500 Sq.Ft. HQ Lease for eNR Services Media Technology Solutions Provider Relocates to 20 Glover Ave., Norwalk

STAMFORD, CT. April 9, 2007 – Choyce Peterson, Inc, a tenants’ commercial real estate brokerage firm with offices in Stamford, CT, and White Plains, NY, has negotiated a new, 9,500 square foot lease for eNR Services, Inc. at 20 Glover Avenue in Norwalk, CT.  eNR Services, a media technology solutions provider which has experienced rapid growth since its launch a decade ago, relocated from its former 7,000 square foot headquarters at 301 Merritt 7 last week.  Alan Peterson and John Hannigan, Principals of the tenant representation firm Choyce Peterson, Inc., represented eNR Services in the search and lease negotiation.
