Choyce Peterson Assists Spruce Private Investors with New Relocation

Stamford, CT, Aug. 25, ‘09 -- Choyce Peterson, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm, today announced the relocation of its client, Spruce Private Investors, an outsourced Chief Investment Officer for family offices, foundations and endowments, to the 15th floor of One Stamford Plaza, Stamford, CT.

The new headquarters, approximately 9,000 square feet, contains custom-built furniture and high-end finishes in wood, glass and marble. The building offers magnificent views of Long Island Sound and grounds with strolling gardens and sculptures. Jeff Williams and Steve Lash, Vice Presidents of Choyce Peterson, handled the search and negotiations.
