Single-minded Commitment to Quality and Service Helps Client to Double in Size Stamford, CT, Oct. 20, ‘09 -- Choyce Peterson, Inc. (www.choycepeterson.com), a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm, today announced the relocation of its client, Direct Wines, a multi-branch organization devoted to “wine discovery,” to a new site of more than 7,500 square feet at 20 Marshall Street in Norwalk, CT.
John Hannigan, Co-Principal of Choyce Peterson, said, “Direct Wines needed to move to a new location, and needed to do so fast! Thanks to our experience, we were able to find an ideal place suitable for their requirements, including location, price sensitivity and quick occupancy.”
Adrian Bentham, President and CEO of Direct Wines, added, “In addition to rent, always a key concern, Choyce Peterson listened carefully to our particular needs. Their expertise with tenants was reflected in their ability to find a property that perfectly suited the culture of the business.”
Mr. Bentham went on to describe how their new headquarters has a spacious and creative feel, remains convenient for their employees and is a short walk away from shops and nearby restaurants.
Other parties involved in the transfer included the landlord of the new location, Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, LLC, and the sublandlord’s broker, Paul Kaufman of Cushman and Wakefield. John Hannigan served as the account broker and point of contact for Choyce Peterson. |
