Senior Landlord Leasing Team

David Sims, Senior Vice President

David Sims is a seasoned professional in Landlord Representation.  Since beginning in the industry, he has focused on a myriad of leasing transactions and participated in the strategic repositioning of major assets, overseeing the execution thereof.

He was formerly Managing Director/Senior VP of the Westchester/Connecticut Division of Reckson Associates Realty Corporation.  In that capacity, he was in charge of the entire division – responsible for the formulation and execution of the business plan encompassing 6.7 million square feet.

Before Reckson, he was Senior VP at CB Richard Ellis representing various landlords and tenants.  Previous to CBRE, David was with Vornado Realty Trust and Mendik Realty Corp as Senior VP (and partner at Mendik) responsible for 6+ million square feet of commercial office buildings.

John Hannigan, Principal

John Hannigan is one of the co-founders of Choyce Peterson, Inc. in 1997.  John started his commercial real estate brokerage career in 1988 with the former Rostenberg-Doern Co.  As a broker, John has extensive experience in both landlord and tenant representation.

He has represented, as exclusive agent, over 1,000,000 square feet of buildings including 10 Bank Street, White Plains, NY, Saxon Woods Corporate Center (550/600 Mamaroneck Avenue) in Harrison, NY and The Centre at Purchase, Purchase, NY. He has also represented numerous companies in the region in the successful subleasing of their office space.
