Tenant References

As we mentioned in Step 2, often times we will research a building for our clients by speaking with their neighbors. This is a valuable tool to compare yourself to your fellow tenants.

What are the lease expirations of other tenants – will they be vacating a great deal of space in the near future?
How large are their offices? Are other tenants on your floor larger than you with excellent credit that may look to expand into your space in the future?
What are your neighbor’s views of the building and/or Landlord – do they have complaints about amenities, parking, upkeep, responsiveness, interaction, etc.
