Choyce Peterson, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm, completed lease negotiations on behalf of Ohlandt, Greeley, Ruggiero & Perle, LLP (OGR&P) for its new 3,155-square-foot office space at 1 Landmark Square in Stamford, CT. Choyce Peterson principal John Hannigan represented the intellectual property law firm.

Hannigan negotiated ORG&P’s previous lease negotiations when it relocated to 1 Landmark Square in 2000, and again with its lease renewal in 2016. Paul Greeley, OGR&P managing partner, recently reached out to Hannigan again for assistance in finding new office space within the property.

Hannigan said, “Given their desire to remain at 1 Landmark Square, we found a great solution that provides them a refreshed space with high-end finishes and a flexible configuration, along with lease terms that fit their business needs.”

The landlord, Reckson, was represented in-house by Larry Kwiat, SVP, leasing.
